You can request deletion of your Second Self account and associated data. This page is available for users who need to request deletion outside the app.
Delete inside the app
Open Second Self, go to Settings, and use the hold-to-delete account option. This is the fastest way to initiate account deletion if you still have access to your account.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email secondselfcapsule@gmail.com with the subject line:
Include the email address connected to your Second Self account so we can locate the correct account.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your account where technically possible and legally allowed. This may include profile data, account information, and user-created content connected to your account.
What may be retained
Some limited data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, purchase-record, moderation, or abuse-prevention reasons.
